How long is the cable?
The full length is 1.8M. They measure 0.9M from the light to the battery pack + 0.9M from the battery pack to the end of the USB.
What's in the box?
1x your chosen light, an instruction guide + 2x hanging strips.
How do I turn it on?
When using the batteries (3x AA), a switch will turn the light on and off. If you chose to use the USB for power, it will light on immediately after it is plugged in. There is no option to switch it off unless you remove the USB from the power source.
Does it come with batteries?
No batteries are included. Each light requires 3x AA batteries, or a USB power source.
What batteries does it take?
3x AA.
Does it come with a remote control?
No remote control is included.
Can I switch it on and off?
When using batteries, a switch will turn the light on and off. If you chose to use the USB for power, it will light on on immediately after it is plugged in. There is no option to switch it off unless you remove the USB.
Can it be charged?
There is no internal battery in this product, it is only powered by external batteries (3x AA) or USB.
How long do the batteries last?
Different batteries will last longer than others depending on the brand. It is recommended to use the USB as this will save the need for replacing batteries and the light will be approximately 10% brighter.
What voltage does it use?
It runs on a low voltage (5V).
How long will it last?
Litely lights can last up to 30,000 hours of use.
Can I use it outdoors?
Litely lights are not suitable for outdoor use.
How do I hang it up?
All of our lights come with 2x hanging strips. The majority of our lights can also be hung on a hook as a hanging slot/s is built into the design.
How big are they?
All sizes vary but can be found on the individual product pages. They are all ‘mini’ though, so none are bigger than
Can I change the colour?
The colour cannot be changed.
How many colours are there?
8x colours in total, but some lights come in multiple colour. Colours may vary in real life.
Does it get hot?
No! Litely lights are cool to touch and don’t overheat.
What colour is it when it is turned off?
The LED tubing is white.
Does it make any noise?
No! Litely lights are silent.
What is the product made of?
Flexible LED coated in silicone set into a PVC plastic mould.
Are they safe to touch?
Although we do not recommend to handle the lights when they are on, they are child safe, cool to touch and don’t overheat.
Is it real neon?
Litely lights are LED, not traditional glass neon.
How much do they weigh?
All products vary, but on average they weigh between 200-300grams.
Are they waterproof?
Litely lights are not waterproof.
Can I leave it on all night?
Litely lights are safe to leave on for long periods of time, but it is always recommend to turn it off at night or if you leave the home.
Where are your products made?
Our lights are manufactured in China through our audited supply chain and are dispatched from the UK with full UK based customer service.
What testing certificates do you hold?
EN 62471, CE-EMC, Rohs. All mandatory requirements.
What warranty do you offer?
12 months. If there is a fault with your product we will either replace or refund you. Please email us on support@litely.co.uk explaining the issue, together with pictures (if possible) and our team will be in touch.

Never power with USB and batteries at the same time to prevent short circuit.

Batteries should be replaced by an adult. Always replace all batteries at the same time. Non rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged. Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision. Different types of batteries or new and used batteries are not to be mixed. Only batteries of the same or equivalent type are to be used. Do not dispose of batteries in fire.
